Please note that while most orders are ready for shipping within 3-5 business days, depending what time and what products you order, some orders may take additional time to prepare as most product is made fresh.

We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays and we ship around hot weather.

While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Nonpareil Confectionery cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond out control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post.

If any incorrect delivery addresses are supplied this will incur a redirection fee. Redirections are at the discretion of the courier and may not be possible if the instruction is given too close to the date of delivery.

Purchasing as a gift for someone?

We recommend ordering 2 weeks prior to the date you would like it to be delivered. To ensure it makes it in time.

All our parcels contain no invoices, we even offer the option to custom-write a personal card to be included in the parcel at no extra charge.
